Charlotte joined the Private Client team at Penmans in May 2022, specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.
Charlotte helps clients to plan for the future by preparing Wills that range from simple Wills to more complex Wills, depending upon client needs and goals. Charlotte prepares and registers Lasting Powers of Attorney, enabling her clients to choose who they would like to manage their affairs and make decisions on their behalf when they are no longer able to. Charlotte can assist personal representatives with all aspects of the estate administration process. Charlotte also helps clients apply to the Court of Protection to appoint deputies for people who no longer have the mental capacity to manage their own financial affairs.
Charlotte completed her studies in Liverpool and Birmingham before relocating to Peterborough to complete her training. Thereafter, Charlotte worked at another high street firm in the West Midlands. Charlotte is an associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and a Dementia Friend. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending as much time as she can with her dogs, family and friends.
